Wow! This is HUGE! Love how God weaves details together and does amazing things as we surrender to Him. I went to HOB page but didn't see anything related to what you said yet - probably haven't had a chance to update their website yet. You are right that $ often stands in the way, but I'm sure many are willing to give even if not called to adopt, so this is fantastic!!!

Oh my gosh Kelly, I'm totally crying. I love your last paragraph and I am so happy that either way you'll know this little baby will be loved :) I can't imagine the courage it takes for a mama who already has children she loves and cares for to admit to herself that she wants better for this child and to give that baby to another loving family. She must be a very strong woman! And that was so generous of you to give your time to the birth family. I am sure they loved you and definitely feel more at peace with this process, knowing it will be you who cares for the baby if the birth mom decides not to parent her.

You have SUCH a BEAUTIFUL heart, my friend! God is stirring you, and I can SO RELATE to the stirrings! I was gathering gifts to give to orphans when we were going to be in ET.....and I came to the water section of the store. It made my heart sick to think that many children would never even DREAM of playing in water ~ such a rare and precious life-giving gift! I immediately wondered what children from such countries would think of our local water park.....where we waste huge amounts of water. Daily! Oh my........

Kelly, I loved this version! I just felt like we were there with you while reading. I know you guys feel the same way for us. Isn't that just GOD!?.....bringing you this book at such a time as this!?!?! He is so GOOD! I so believe too, what you say about the enemy trying to thwart God's plans for adoptive families. Good thing he never wins when he goes against God! I knew we were kindred spirits! I LOVE RITA!!!!! We were blessed to have her at one of our women's retreats for the Vineyard.
